Not a good idea.: This condition is highly unlikely to be cured without antibiotics. It is an infection and so has gone too far to be handled by simple methods. It is an infection of the bladder, and even if it were to finally resolve, there would be complications like adhesions, etc. That would impair future function, and it would be after a long time. It also might still be there, so see your dr. And get abx.
