Of disaccharides: sucrose = (glucose + fructose); lactose = (glucose + galactose); maltose = (glucose + glucose). Simple carbohydrates:(mono and disaccharides). Complex carbohydrates: (starch, fiber, eg. Of polysaccharides: starch/glycogen fiber (non-digestible polysaccharide).
