Normal: A significant number of women have one breast larger than the other - often a cup size. If more than that, have it checked out. A rare congenital abnormality involves a patient not developing a pectoral muscle or breast on one size - it is called poland's syndrome and is associated with abnormalities in the fingers of the same hand.
