What can i do if i'm genetically predisposed to get arthritis?

Take care of yerself: Take good care of yourself. You absolutely cannot smoke anything or use any tobacco products. Try to limit trauma to your joints. Contact sports may not be so good for you. Eat a diet very high in fruits and veges and limit processed foods and excessive sugar. Get regular low impact exercise. Try to live your life without worrying about what will happen in the future.
