Absolutely!: Most definitely! there are a whole host of problems that can arise from a dental infection. If let go long enough, a dental infection can even go to the brain and be fatal, so this isn't something you want to ignore and let go untreated. Also, the sooner you seek treatment for it, the better your chances are at being able to save the tooth!
