Maybe: Diabetics who run a little higher sugar than normal are prone to have "yeast" growth in areas which are moist, warm, etc. Yeast live on sugar, if your sugar runs to high, the yeasts will thrive in that enviornment. Yeast growth causes itching. Rj.
