Depends!: Do you have congestive heart failure after mi. Is your BP under control? Are you on asa? Most people can perform cardio sporting activities that take there heart rate to 70% of maximum, unless your are on a beta-blocker or calcium channel blocker, both of which slow heart rates and lower your max hr.Have you had a stress test to determine what hr you can achieve, and work load before st elevation.
