See a surgeon!: You should definitely get one of the easier to reach lumps biopsied by a surgeon! one you have a diagnosis, then a treatment plan can be formulated.

Biopsy: Nothing better than getting a tissue diagnosis. If benign then it will be reassuring. Otherwise the earlier treatment is started the better the outcome. Go see your doctor.
