I need some serious psychiatric intervention. when i get scared and anxious. i throw up and violently. i'm always paranoid all the time. i'm sick.?

Certainly that level: Of anxiety is impacting your ability to function! but it's very hard to make a diagnosis without actually talking with you. Looking back, it seems you have a psychiatrist. Call them! we are here to help! whatever your doc says, it can't be as bad as the fear you have right now!
