Exercise: Just like a muscle, your brain needs constant exercise in order for it to stay fit. The more you exercise your brain with things like reading, doing crosswords or sudoku, the healthier it stays and the better memory you have. Also, physical exercise has been shown to improve brain function as it helps pump more blood through the brain.
