UTI ? ,irrritation ?: A kid who is newly up at night to urinate has something going on. This could be something as simple as soap irritation of her pee hole from a soapy bath.It could be a urinary tract infection, bladder spasms, or very early diabetes. I'd take her in tomorrow to her pcp or urgent care & have an exam & urine test done.
