Reform or takover: As a physician for 3 decades i see the end of good healthcare in the us coming unless we wake up & get the government out of it.My overhead went from 30 to 50% under hillary care & now tops 70%. What I do & the number i see hasn't changed, but the paperwork & number of extra bodies standing between me & delivering care have gone up. We need a change or it's goodbye 10 years early.

About everyone: Healthcare is no longer a privilege, but a right. But many citizens can't or won't pay for it, thereby increasing the costs for everyone else. Medicare is such a right, and most are pleased with it. One suggestion is to have a medicare-like national healthcare policy for everyone, with private healthcare still available for those who can and want to pay for it. Opinions vary; i'd be for it.

Obamacare is good: Many doctors are extremely frustrated with the paperwork and inefficiency of the us healthcare system. We have a big mess and the only thing that can fix it is the government making rules so the free market system works better. There are many major companies now working to maximize their profits and we need rules so profits are made when good things are done to advance healthcare and not just because no one can stop them.
