Yes: Bell's palsy can occur anytime, pregnant or not. Since you had it once before, the recurrance rate is higher than someone who has never had the condition.

Low risk: Bells palsy is caused by inflammation of the facial nerve. It is fairly common during pregnancy, however, usually benign. Rare to recur but not impossible. If it does recur, may need more significant evaluation including mri.
