It is difficult: Diet and exercise are the routes to weight loss. While exercise is important, dietary restriction is by far the most effective way to lose weight. You can only lose weight if you burn more calories than you consume, and it is far more effective to restrict you caloric intake than it is to try to exercise to burn off excess calories. Good luck.
