I think so: Something not right with the story. Rickets is a disease of bone mineralization. Not sure by what you mean by locked up. Need more precise info.

Can't be: Rickets is a disease exclusive to young children because their bones are not mineralized like that of older kids and adults. I don't understand what you mean by locking up. Please elaborate. Thanks!
