Ectopic & Yes: Any time someone has one sided pain in early pregnancy, they need to be seen to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. An ectopic (tubal) pregnancy can rupture and cause life threatening bleeding. See an OB asap. An HCG titer will be drawn, an exam, & pelvic ultrasound should be done. Take good care of yourself.

Ectopic pregnancy?: Could be nothing serious, but i would rule out an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. See an ob-gyn for an exam and an ultrasound soon.
