What happens if foot fungus is left untreated?

Spreads: It can spread over the surface of the foot and spead to the nails and even spread to other parts of the body in some people, groin, leg , arm and even the face. Treat it early to prevent it from developing a permanent home in the nails which are difficult to treat.
