Genital herpes: Of course herpes is very contagious to you as his partner. I do not think your sarcoidosis is of any concern in this issue.

May be: At least it may be an issue if taking steroids for sarcoidosis which suppresses immunity. We could also argue herpes may have already be in there but inactive. Check with your doctor or may be id specialist.

Yes: It will be a problem if you get pregnant. Herpes is a co factor in causing cervical cancer.
