Is there a way to get pregnant without untying tubes like a vitamin that can increase my chance?

Not likely: If your tubes are tied, you need to address that issue. It's a physical block keeping sperm from contact with the egg. No vitamin can change this physical seperation. In general a healthy mother is more likely to get pregnant, but you can only over come the physical blockage of the tube, by having an operation to unblock the tube.
