Most likely basic: Probably not much besides the basic labs such as blood count, checking for sugar as well as liver/kidney functions, B12 level, vitamind, thyroid (TSH) level, and maybe cholesterol if she is on medication etc.. At 92, i would try to do what i can to improve her quality of life, use the least amount of medication/test/intervention possible. Live well matriarch4family. Good luck.

Depends: What tests have already been done? Check cbc, cmp, b12, tsh, ekg, vitamin d, maybe bone density. Most important is a careful history and thorough physical exam.
