Possible nerve injur: You may have some early carpal tunnel syndrome when you sleep sometimes the nerve gets pinched and causes some numbness and tingling in your fingers. The foot numbness may be another story.

Yes, it : Appears you have some form of neuropathy. This is a problem with the nerves not necessarily nerve damage. Rather, pathology of the nerves. The question is why? See a doctor, to help find the etiology.
