Probably not: Can't say for sure but hpv is a virus that can be lifelong. Remember not all test results are completely 100% accurate so your negative test may have been wrong. I usually assume once i find hpv that it is always there.

Hard to say: I assume you mean HPV warts genital warts since that is the form you would notice. Most will clear with help or naturally in 2 years, but it can recur at anytime in the future. Same goes for other strains of HPV, once you get a strain it can clear and never re-activate or linger & cause problems decades later. It is not a good marker for cheating.
