Keep it up: Keep doing what you're doing. That area heals very well even if not sutured. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) seems most popular.

DX IBS for over 20 yrs. Lately I've been getting popping sounds, sometimes high pitched noises, abd cramps, discomfort and lots of gas. Pelvic pain at times common with my IBS. Stools vary. Could this be an IBS flare? Been bad for a few weeks. TIA?
I am takin Benefiber and stool softeners daily until I heal my hemorroid and go back to the doc in 2 weeks but I still have hard stool.Any advice?
