Time: The symptoms are consistent with an upper respiratory viral infection. You do not need an antibiotic. Supportive therapy for pain and an oral decongestant, plenty of fluids, and vitamin c. If the symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your primary care physician.

Ibuprofen maybe : The symptoms are vague & may progress to something more as time passes. An initial effort to treat would benefit from ibuprofen and possibly mucinex. Plenty of fluids & rest would also be advisable as would avoiding any intense work/driving until you feel better.
