Mkae him see a denti: Dentist , if he has abnormal mouth bacteria that can be tarnsferred to you with oral sex, you can see your gyn for vaginal culture and exam and make him see a dentist and get his teeth fixed !

Possibly, but rare: Despite transmission of oral bacteria during cunnilingus your husband's bacterial load in the mouth would have too be off the charts for you to smell a "fishy" odor. And his breath would have to be chronically putrid for that to happen. You may want to rule out any issues with yourself by seeing your ob/gyn first. Then when you are given a clean bill of health send your husband to the dentist.

Sounds like BV: You husband should see a dentist to address his issue but your issue sounds more like bacterial vaginosis. This is an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacterial and leads to a fishy odor. It is treatable with antibiotics. Schedule a visit for confirmation, testing and treatment.

Yes: It definitely could be from bacteria that are growing in his mouth causing terrible teeth. Some of the bad bacteria that cause gum & bone disease produce among other toxins volatile sulfur compounds that smell like rotten eggs and sewer gas. Because this is an infection that he can be passing to you, you both need to get to a dentist for a complete examination.
