Just that !: Chronic fatigue syndrome is a rather vague entity , subject to a great deal of discussion and controversy. Some believe it is related to depression and some consider it a possible viral(?Ebstein barr)infection some even deny its existence. It is sometimes helped with antidepressants and psychootherapy.

These factors impair the patient's ability to produce energy and they end up chronically fatigued. Poor diet, suboptimal sleep, food and other allergies contribute.

ATP deficiency: It is a feature of many chronic illnesses which often share a root cause of environmental toxin exposure including viruses, mold toxins, toxic chemicals. The mitochondria are often dyfunctional leading to ATP deficiency leading to energy deficiency. Very stressful life events are often associated with onset or significant increase in chronic fatigue.
