ASK YOUR OB: That is the job of your OB to answer your questions about that after you have had an exam and your OB has done an assessment of you, but generally eat 3 normal meals or some people eat smaller meals and a snack in between your doc can go over your eating and refer u to a nitricianist if necessary.
