Not sure: Collect the "worms" and take them to to your doc. If he is able to identify those, then it's fine. If not and they truly look suspicious, he'll send them to the lab. Generally, worms are not seen on the genitalia. They come out of the rectum. I assume you didn't use your vibrator over the rectum, so i seriously doubt those are worms.
