See below:: Look for high quality supplements from trusted brands that your physician will approve of. Don’t forget that no prenatal vitamins with dha can serve as a substitute for proper nutrition – you still need nutrients like iron and calcium which are rarely found in prenatal supplements. Dunno - try & see.: I hear all sorts of experiences with prenatal vitamins from my patients; long story short, you should try some and determine which one works best for you (as far as least nausea and maximum tolerability). The most important prenatal vitamin component is not dha or anything else, rather it is folic acid! take 1-5 mg orally daily for all of your reproductive life!
