Prenatal vitamins with dha

1 doctor answer
Dr. Padmavati Garvey
29 years experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Ok: Dha is important but really it is because of the lifestyle associated with a high DHA diet. There is a tendency in america to ignore the lifestyle and take a pill instead. Try eating a diet rich in dha.
