Not preg yet. I am taking Nordic prenatal DHA & 400IU of D3. I now realize that it lacks other recommended vitamins. If I kept taking this one, plus another prenatal vitamin, I might be taking up to 800IU of D3. Is that a safe amount for pregnancy?
