Depends: If you have fibrocystic changes that are triggered by caffeine intake, then yes. It causes the breasts to lumpy and filled with cysts (pockets of fluid). This can make the breast images more difficult to read. If you do not have fibrocystic changes, then coffee will not affect your mammogram.
