Yes or no: Nabothian cysts are benign and require no further work up or treatment, so no worries here. Missing a period - always something to worry. Pregnancy is #1 cause in a woman of your age. Other causes could be anovulation (absence of ovulation). Do a pregnancy test first. If negative, do another one in 2 weeks. If still negative, see your doc.
