Take her to see doc: Blood coming from a vagina of a 3 year-old is never normal. It could be as simple as toy insertion/sharp finger nails because she is itching or curious, but she certainly needs to get evaluated by her doc as soon as possible. Foreign object in vaginal canal can get infected etc. So, please consult her doc as soon as feasible, or take her to er. Good luck.
