Anything: What can it be? Anything. The cause can be with the man(abnormal sperm) or the woman(blocked tubes, failure to ovulate, vaginal infections, semen antibodies, etc)> a visit to an infertility specialist is in order at this time.

Needs evaluation: After 2 years of trying its time for evaluation. The next step involves three tests. 1. A Progesterone test for ovulation. 2. A semen analysis. 3. An x-ray called an hsg to confirm the tubes are open. After those tests your doc can create care plan for you.
