+ IgG for Rubella: A + IgG for rubella virus means that you've either had a previous viral infection or that you have been immunized against the virus. In either case you have developed immunity to this particular virus, and being exposed the virus in a future pregnancy should not provide a risk to you baby. Rubella in pregnancy poses a significant risk to the fetus in early pregnancy.

Immune: You have immunity to rubella most likely because of a vaccine you received as a child. Therefore, you cannot get rubella which can cause serious problems for the fetus.
