Hi i have standing desk and i know standing all day is not good.so is this a good plan stand for 15 minutes and then sit for 8min then stand again etc?

For swelling ?: If you are asking to do that for leg swelling then standing and sitting for long time does not help, you either have to walk for few minutes or sit and put your legs up to decrease venous pressure in you legs.
