Allergirs: Sounds like you have developed allergies. It is also possible that simple irritation from dust and sun exposure could be causing your problem. I would suggest wearing eye protection when you run, and using cool water to rinse your face, and gently wash off your eyelashes afterwards. Your headache could be a symptom of sinus congestion, also allergic.

Dry eye: Your description sounds like dry eye symptoms. It is common in runners and causes eye irritation/redness/blurred vision. Using eye drops to keep the eyes lubricated and wearing sunglasses to keep the wind out of your eyes while running should alleviate your symptoms.
