If you have no probl: Problems i allow my pts to fly up until 32 weeks, but ask your OB for their recommendation, if you develop any prblems like premature labor , incompetent cervix, etc. You would not be able to fly, usually the earlier you fly ( assuming you do not have hyperemesis of preg) the better.

Depends : Every doctor will have a slightly different opinion so each patient should discuss with their physician. Airlines permit travel up to 36 weeks. Most doctors are more comfortable with 32 weeks. Pregnant women are at high risk for blood clot formation called DVT when they fly. Answers may vary depending on the individual and their circumstances during pregnancy.

After 36 weeks.: I recommend to my patients that they don't fly after 36 weeks. I prefer them to not do long flights after 32 weeks. If the pregnancy is complicated and may need early delivery, then stop flying before 36 weeks.
