Yes: In general, air travel is safe during pregnancy up until abou the last month in a low risk pregnancy. It is always best to talk to you obstetrician before any extended trip because every patient is treated on a case by case basis and there are some patients that i would recomend deferring air travel. I would also caution you to move about the cabin periodically to help prevent blood clots.
