See your doctor!: Back and leg pain could result from compression of the sciatic nerve, but it would be unusual for a uterine fibroid to cause this. You need to see your gynecologist for evaluation of your pelvic pain and urination; the back and leg pain could be related or a separate problem. It's not possible to diagnose these issues without a physical exam and probably some other tests. Good luck!

Fibroid bulk symptom: Uterine fibroids can cause 'bulk related' symptoms of urinary frequency (going to pass urine frequently), nocturnal (waking up to pass urine), bloating, constipation, and pain. These symptoms can be peak before, during or after your menstrual cycle.
