Not uncommon: Its not uncommon to develop sore breasts (mastalgia). This happens in response to changes in hormone levels, such as your period. It has nothing to do with breast cancer. Avoid caffeine and take 400 iu of vitamin e.

sore breasts.: I agree with earlier response. Breasts can be sore in response to changing hormone levels. If you miss your period, would take a home pregnancy test.
