Not really. : Here are the risk factors for placental abruption (largely unpredictable and non-preventable severe pregnancy complication): trauma, hypertensive disorders, smoking, cocaine, amniotic fluid disorders, thrombophilia, chorioamnionitis, prior abruption, fetal growth restriction, increasing maternal age and parity, male fetus. As you can see abortion is not among them, especially without immune probs.
