DURATION DEPENDS ON: How often you can sit or recline in between standing periods, but also the overall health of your feet and lower extremity joints, anatomical issues, surface you stand on, etc.

It depends: Need more information, where are you standing, what are you doing, your health status, weight. Standing in one place is not good , but there are alot of things that can be done to give you relief, good shoes, carpetiing, rubber mats, orthotics. If you are getting any kind of symptoms of foot pain or other discomfort see a dpm or md.

There is : No limit. But, if your in one place, you should move around, you should try and sit occasionally as gravity could end up caausing swelling in the feet/ankles....Common sense should be employed.
