Get another opinion: No one should live with constant pain. Help is available. Pain is a sign that something is wrong, and may need treatment. First you need a diagnosis; different problems cause abdominal pain vs. Back pain for example. Then a treatment plan can be recommended. Pain specialists can be found in most towns; see if your state society of anesthesiologists can help you locate one. Good luck!

Seek out another: Doctor. Try a pain specialist. While it is true that some people are simply drug seeking, others have complicated pain needs that can be difficult to understand. A pain specialist inexperienced in this differentiation and would be your best bet.
