Imp physical sign: No, it is not just in liver diseases, seen several diseases many pathological states, besides liver, seen with abnormal estradial levels, solid tumors with elevated angiogenic factors, rheumatoid diseases, thyrotoxicosis, brain met, gestational syphilis , drug reactions etc.
