Probably not: You can have surgery to move the eyes into a cosmetic close position with each other at any age. This will not improve the visual function of either eye which depends upon the vision development that occurred in childhood. So if your goals are fine, go ahead. Discuss with your ophthalmolgist.

No!: It is never too late! I have done life changing eye alignment surgeries on folks in their 80's! i love the smiles i create when someone likes what they see in the mirror... Often for the first time in their life! see a pediatric ophthalmologist to correct your eye.
