Research Says No: Both drugs are category c which means that they should be used with caution during pregnancy. Fluconazole in high doses (400mg/day for 4-5 weeks) can cause miscarriage in the first trimester but in low doses (ie for vaginal yeast) has no effect. Sulfa has no effect on the fetus early in pregnancy but is associated jaundice (yellowing of the skin) and anemia if used in the third trimester.

Unlikely.: Agenesis of the corpus callosum is seen with genetic syndromes such as aicardi or trisomy 18, ; I am not aware of specific teratogenic association with either Diflucan (fluconazole) or sulfa drugs., although there is a first for everything.
