Haven't heard of it: Haven't heard of myalgic encephalomyelitis (me) (or cfs-chronic fatigue syndrome) causing anemia or vitamin d deficiency; nor of anemia or vit. D deficiency causing me/cfs. Anything is possible, but it would be wise to look for other causes of anemia and other causes of low vit. D in a patient with such signs, regardless of whether or not she has me/cfs.
