A member asked:

I had the hta done 4 months ago for excessive bleeding. it doesn't seem to have helped any. is there anything else i can do?

75% successful: Hta ablation doesn't always work to reduce bleeding. Other options include hormonal therapy, mirena, (levonorgestrel) Lysteda and surgery. If bleeding is the only problem, you might be a good candidate for laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy, where only the part of the uterus that bleeds is removed with minimally-invasive surgery.
